You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.
We do not perform refunds.
However, if you would like to return something, please drop us an email at (TBA) stating:
- Your order date
- Your order number
- Your product quantity, code, and description
- Your reason for returning
and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return.
All goods will be inspected upon return. We will try our best to accept all returns, and they will need to be in the unused condition with original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
